Meet Fran, with over 20 years of experience in the skin and appearance industry, Fran is a true expert in her field. Having been with Caci for more than two decades, Fran has truly seen it all. She's worked in various areas of the business, including spending many years in clinics, giving her a unique perspective of our customers’ needs and the way a clinic operates. Throughout her remarkable career at Caci, Fran has honed her business acumen and developed a keen understanding of the industry's intricacies. But what sets her apart is her genuine passion for people and creating unforgettable customer experiences. Fran firmly believes that when a team is empowered and united, magic happens. Her unique leadership style is a perfect blend of professionalism and approachability and has played a pivotal role in driving the success of FAB and maintaining long-term relationships with valued Business Partners.

Emily has over 19 years’ experience in marketing, brand and communications. She is creative and passionate about collaboration and strong systems to guide business processes. Prior to FAB Group she worked in the education sector. Emily oversees product and customer strategy. 

Katherine started with Caci in 2015 and has been working as an Educator in the industry for the past 4 years.

As Training Operations Manager, she is heavily involved in the creation and development of training content and improving training facilitation by supporting our Caci Trainers and Academy team.

I’m a Registered Nurse, co-owner of Caci Palmerston North with Liz, and the Senior Clinical Advisor for Caci New Zealand.

I have over 25years experience working as a Registered Nurse, and together with my colleague and co-owner Liz, we have both worked at Caci Palmerston North for 19 years, before taking ownership 5 ½ years ago. I absolutely love enhancing customers quality of life, the ability to truly care and ‘still be nurses’ while delivering tangible results to our customers. 

In my role as Senior Clinical Advisor for Caci New Zealand, I develop tools and business processes to support the clinical direction of the business and facilitating senior level training workshops for Caci Registered Nurses. I believe that knowledge helps us all grow – everyone has something to offer and teach someone else.

After graduating from AUT with a Bachelor of Health Science Nursing, Wai spent several years working as a General Practice Nurse in a rural emergency setting. She has had a longstanding passion for the cosmetic industry and has quickly become a trusted member of the FAB team. Wai aims to provide a seamless journey for Caci customers and is enthusiastic about working with clients to build confidence and have them feeling the best they can. 

Nhan began her beauty career in 2006, first working in clinic, before moving into customer service, then sales with a beauty distributor.

She joined Caci in 2014, as Treatment Advisor/Skin Therapist, and has a huge passion for an industry that is continuously growing and changing.

Nhan joined the FAB team in 2022 and is excited to be able to pass on her knowledge, experience and support to the Caci clinic staff that come through the academy.

Kelly has been in the Beauty industry for 19 years having experience in both spa and clinic settings. Her Caci journey started in 2017 working as a Senior Skin Therapist, this is where her passion for education and leadership grew. In 2022  she took a position with the training team at FAB as Skin Therapist Trainer and Clinical Support, in this short time we have opened a second academy in her hometown of Christchurch. She believes knowledge is power and is excited to be a part of the learning and growth of the talented therapists she trains, always aspiring to bring out the best in all of the trainees who come through our academy.

Stevie started her beauty career in 2012 and joined Caci in 2016. Stevie has spent majority of her career working at Caci as a Skin Therapist and other various roles. Her passion has always been skin confidence and helping customers achieve their skin goals.

Stevie is passionate about guiding and supporting others, so her current role as Beauty Therapy Trainer & Clinical Support allows her to now share her knowledge and her experiences from her time in clinic to support our Beauty Therapists with their own Caci careers.

Cara comes to Caci with years of experience working in the industry as a Beauty and Skin Therapist. After providing our clinics with Roaming Skin Therapist support for the past 3 years, Cara has developed into a key member of the Training & Education team and now resides in her role as Training & Clinical support. Cara manages our training registration process, ensures that all training are equipped to run efficiently and supports clinical enquiries with her expertise.

Lisa has been with FAB Group since 2014, initially in frontline customer service, then 5yrs as distribution Assistant Manager.

She now brings her wealth of experience in customer service and operations to the Training Academy Facilities Manager role. Lisa is responsible for supporting the Trainers in the day to day running of our Training academy workshops and training model management. Lisa is passionate about running a tight ship and makes it her priority to ensure things are done promptly and as efficient as possible!

Dayna has extensive experience working with customer service, freight and distribution planning. In her role as Training Coordinator, Dayna is responsible for managing our training model database, ensuring that training are successfully executed with appropriate resources.

Melissa is a marketing professional with over 12 years' experience of formulating multi-channel and data-driven marketing initiatives to produce results and drive business performance. As the Group Marketing Manager at Fab Group, Melissa manages a full-service, in-house team that supports three brands, 80+ franchise locations, and ecommerce platforms.

Melissa is responsible for leading and developing a team of specialists across traditional marketing, digital, ecommerce, communications, PR, advertising, strategy, social media, SEO, content, graphics, photography, and video production. Her leadership has helped in the growth of our network of Caci franchises from 28 to 83 and led to multiple award wins, including NZ's best beauty destination in the Remix/Bauer Lifestyle Awards: 2017-2024.

Kasey has been with FAB Group for over 5 years, joining with a Bachelor of Arts majoring in Film & Media.
She first began at our Caci Mt Eden clinic, having had multiple roles within the company since.

She is now at our Support Office in our Marketing team. In this role, Kasey works closely with all Caci clinics and customers around the nation. She also loves using her creative side, making videos and content for our many social platforms.

With over 10 years’ experience in excellent customer service, Kasey makes the perfect addition to our team as first point of contact for our clinics and customers.

With a passion for building meaningful connections, Chelsea ensures that our people processes align with our values. Chelsea lives and breathes our brand, leading Corporate PR, Employee branding, and CSR efforts. Her focus is on creating a positive and supportive culture where every team member feels valued and can perform at their best. Chelsea champions initiatives that foster collaboration, encourage personal growth, and celebrate achievements, ensuring that every individual feels a sense of belonging and purpose within our organization.

Sarah joined the team in 2012 with a passion for skin confidence, client relationship expertise and a flare for streamlining business process and systems. Sarah’s cross functional skill set, business acumen and involvement in a variety of large projects and operational roles within the business, (including managing a high performing clinic) has lead to her happy place in the People and Culture team where she uses her background to advise the business in learning, organisational development and partner & employee experience

Kristen has more than 15 years’ experience in communications, covering both external and internal communications. She has worked in media as well as in several PR agencies, working predominantly with beauty clients.

Taryn has been in the beauty industry for over 18 years and with FAB Group for 9 of those years, her passion is to bring skin confidence to people and ensure they feel comfortable in their own skin.

Taryn’s experience in the industry has involved working in the UK, Australia and here in New Zealand. All her experience has lead her passion down the results driven treatments path and how to push the limits to achieve the desired outcome.

Along Taryn’s journey, she found supporting her peers and sharing her knowledge rewarding, this unfolded a passion for teaching and drive to encourage others to learn more and continue learning.

Her role as National Trainer and Clinical support enables her to help grow and support our talented Beauty Therapists along with their own career journeys.
 

Before starting with Caci in 2002 Hilary had over 20 years’ experience as a Registered Nurse. In the last 15 years she has had many roles at Caci including Registered Nurse, Treatment Provider, Manager, National Trainer, Treatment Coordinator and has even owned a successful clinic. Hilary brings this wealth of experience to her role as one of our Franchisee Development Managers. She has a great understanding of the day to day running of a clinic as well as extensive knowledge and experience of what it takes to be successful.

With over 10 years’ experience within the industry, Debbie has had the good fortune to work as a Beauty Therapist, Clinic Owner, Sales Representative and National Manager.

Debbie has also managed the skincare product development process from R&D through to completion.

She brings a well-rounded set of skill and ideas to the Fab team.

Renee joins Caci holding her CIDESCO Diploma & working in the industry since 2015 and experienced both in spa and skin clinic settings.

Having a longstanding personal interest in skin, it has been a focal point of Renee’s to constantly expand her knowledge for the benefit of her clients and utilise that knowledge to obtain results.

She prides herself in ensuring her clients feel comfortable in her care & confident in their own skin.

Linda Sharrem is the National Skincare Educator at Caci and has over 20 years' of knowledge and experience in the beauty industry. For the last 14 years Linda has been the skincare trainer for Caci treatment providers. Linda starts the training journey with Initial Skin Health Training and follows with support once treatment providers are back in the clinic. Linda's continues skincare education through Regional Skincare Masterclass Training, SkinCare Virtual Calls, workshops and in-clinic visits. Linda is incredibly passionate about the role skincare plays in supporting the results delivered through treatments in the clinic. Her goal is to ensure every customer receives skincare recommendations that will enable them to reach their skin goals throughout their journey at Caci.

Jonelle has over 25 years experience working in varied retail management roles both here in NZ and the UK. These positions ranged from Regional Sales Manager, People & Development Manager (HR), and Operations/Business Manager. Her passion for people and her drive for engagement and results has enabled Jonelle to support her teams and their businesses to achieve great growth and success.

With over 20 years’ experience, Erin brings a wealth of experience in all aspects of the beauty industry. She has worked across many different platforms including successfully opening and managing Spa of the Year, being National Product Trainer, and a Business Development Manager. Her passion and drive is to coach and develop effective teams, to identify and implement strategic changes that enhance the customer journey and deliver effective business growth.

Fleur brings over 12 years experience in the beauty industry. Her journey has taken her from a qualified Beauty Therapist to General Manager of New Zealand’s largest Day Spa Group. Her experience includes identifying, recruiting and developing a pool of talent both locally and internationally, coaching and driving performance, spa management and implementing sales strategies to enhance growth. 

In her previous role as Centre of Excellence Clinic and Training Manager, she enjoyed experiencing first-hand the remarkable difference Caci can make to women's lives. Now as Regional Sales Manager for Caci, Fleur is responsible for supporting Caci business owners and staff in achieving their business goals.

Charlotte is originally from the UK and obtained her BSc in Accounting from the University of Wales. She qualified as a Chartered Accountant with the ICAEW working with PWC. Charlotte has 20+ years of experience working with companies including McDonald’s and Coca-Cola.

Dale has worked in the mechanical industry since 2007. He has valuable experience in the implementation of effective support systems and problem solving approaches. He has a passion for understanding and learning about new technology. His past experience means that he is customer focused and has a clear understanding of the importance of minimising equipment downtime.

After completing a Bachelor’s of Engineering in 2018, Shamal has worked as a calibrations Technician in a confine space industry. His role included servicing the equipment used and providing technical supports to the client’s.

He is passionate about engineering and activities that include practical hands-on problems and solutions. Shamal is currently assisting the engineering team to service, repair and maintain the machines used in the clinics.

Following 11 years in Account Management and Senior Sales Management, Tania joined the Caci family as a Treatment Coordinator, working in one of our highest volume clinics based in Wellington. There, she was able to utilise her experience and develop her skills further. She gained a real passion for the beauty and appearance industry, and enjoyed being part of a fantastic brand that focuses on results and meeting clients expectations. 

Martina has come from a management role in the retail sector and has over 30 years of customer service experience. At FAB, she's part of the MSL team, which handles all direct debit responsibilities for Caci.

In this role, Martina is responsible for all client enquiries and direct debit processing and she works closely with the Caci Clinic teams and their clients to provide excellent service. 

Wendy is an incredibly experienced accounts clerk and has been with FAB Group for over six years. Prior to this she worked for Fuji Xerox for nine years in Accounts Receivable/Payable. Wendy is responsible for accounts payable, accounts receivable, and royalty invoicing.

Hugo has over 15 year’s work experience as an Accounting Technician - Assistant Accountant. Responsible for accounts payable, cash flow reports, preparing fixed assets depreciation, prepayments, and accruals. Hugo also provides financial information by maintaining and reconciling accounts.

Holds an Accounting Technician designation (AT) CA ANZ.

Kirstin is our Data & Reporting Lead at FAB Group. Kirstin has a Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in Marketing and Statistics and has more than nine years of experience working as an Analyst for a number of service-based and subscription organisations including Esme Learning, Les Mills International, Lotto and Colmar Brunton. She has a passion for marketing metrics and helping teams better serve their customers by using data to identify trends to improve acquisition and retention. She is skilled at data visualisation, process improvement and enabling self-service reporting.

Dr Charlotte Auty is originally from the United Kingdom. She attended medical school at the University of Manchester and also completed a degree in Neuroscience at the same university. Whilst working in the NHS, she completed training in aesthetic medicine and set up her own clinic delivering aesthetic treatments in Nottingham and the surrounding areas.

She became interested in the safety and efficacy of aesthetic procedures after witnessing complications during her work in Emergency Medicine and Ophthalmology. She set up a network of aesthetic practitioners in the United Kingdom to share information and knowledge about safe practise and techniques, and provided clinical oversight and medical expertise to multiple practitioners. She is passionate about evidence based best practise in aesthetics and hopes to complete research on skin rejuvenation in the future.

She moved to New Zealand with her partner in 2022 and currently works in General Practice and Urgent Care. Outside of work, she loves to travel, play the piano and learning new languages.

Michelle Locke is a highly regarded Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon at Middlemore Hospital with a sub-speciality interest in breast reconstruction. She qualified in New Zealand and gained extensive Fellowship experience at prestigious plastic surgical practices in North America. She is involved in the delivery of both elective (planned) and acute (emergency) plastic surgical treatment for the greater Auckland region. Her clinical role includes supervising new graduate doctors and teaching plastic surgery trainees.

Michelle is a Senior Lecturer in Surgery with the University of Auckland and has continued her involvement in fundamental scientific research since completion of her Doctorate of Medicine. Her current research interests include skin engineering, keloid scars and radiation damage. She is focused on bringing research developments from bench to bedside. To this end, she is actively involved in creating greater collaboration between clinical Plastic Surgeons and scientific researchers.

As part of her role with the University of Auckland, Michelle also sits on several curriculum development committees at the Medical School and contributes to the examination of medical students and junior doctors. She is married with two children.

Brandy has a passion for Caci and treatments being carried out in a safe manner for our customers. She has her own clinic and is utilised as a trainer nationally for New Zealand. Brandy has also been a keynote speaker for many conferences in New Zealand and Australia for the industry in the direction it is going. 

Julian Lofts is one of New Zealand's leading cosmetic surgeons. Julian works full time in private practice in Remuera, specialising in cosmetic and reconstructive breast surgery, body and face surgery as well as offering minor surgical procedures including skin cancer and melanoma removal.

Julian has extensive experience with the Biodimensional® system of implants for reconstruction patients and recommend a range of implants including Polyurethane coated breast implants for cosmetic patients, while working alongside patients to ensure their expectations are met.

My team and I provide the full range of cosmetic options including breast augmentation, breast reduction, breast lifts (mastopexies), male breast reduction (gynaecomastia) and breast reconstruction for women undergoing complete or partial mastectomy. In addition to breast surgery, I also offer facial rejuvenation options including facelifts, blepharoplasties (eyelids), otoplasty (ear surgery) and neck lifts.

With 19 years of comprehensive experience in the medical field specialising in acute care, and a background in nursing education and infection control, John Boy Jerry brings a wealth of expertise to the Caci Clinical Advisory Board. Holding a Masters of Nursing Honours degree, John Boy Jerry is dedicated to advancing their knowledge and skill set to provide the highest standard of care within the aesthetics landscape.

Currently, John Boy Jerry serves in dual roles contributing to both a local accident and emergency centre and a general practice as a Nurse Practitioner, where their adeptness in handling critical situations and nurturing patient relationships shines through. Beyond Primary Health Care settings, John Boy Jerry extends their passion for aesthetics by offering treatments within their own aesthetic clinic, showcasing a multi-faceted approach to healthcare.

Driven by a commitment to patient safety, John Boy Jerry maintains a focused eye on the latest clinical advancements, ensuring that best practices are incorporated into their care and treatment protocols. With a proven track record of excellence and a dedication to continuous learning, John Boy Jerry is poised to make lasting contributions to the field of healthcare and aesthetics.

When not providing health services, John can be found spending time with his husband, their son, and their dog Frankie. John also enjoys keeping fit and active by finding time to explore many beautiful walking trails and can often be found shooting hoops on the netball court.
