David is a co-founder of FAB Group. He has a BSc from Auckland University and an MBA from Open University (UK). David has a background in the IT industry and prior to FAB Group, was a Commercial Director for a UK based software development company. David is tenacious, creative and visionary and has a unique ability to make connections that others do not. He is the key driver in developing new ways to grow and develop the franchise and business model.
Julian Lofts is one of New Zealand's leading cosmetic surgeons. Julian works full time in private practice in Remuera, specialising in cosmetic and reconstructive breast surgery, body and face surgery as well as offering minor surgical procedures including skin cancer and melanoma removal.
Julian has extensive experience with the Biodimensional® system of implants for reconstruction patients and recommend a range of implants including Polyurethane coated breast implants for cosmetic patients, while working alongside patients to ensure their expectations are met.
My team and I provide the full range of cosmetic options including breast augmentation, breast reduction, breast lifts (mastopexies), male breast reduction (gynaecomastia) and breast reconstruction for women undergoing complete or partial mastectomy. In addition to breast surgery, I also offer facial rejuvenation options including facelifts, blepharoplasties (eyelids), otoplasty (ear surgery) and neck lifts.
Dr Ronald Goedeke is an Appearance Medicine physician based in Albany, Auckland and has been practicing Cosmetic Medicine since 1997. Dr Ron is a foundation member of the New Zealand College of Appearance Medicine, Board member on the Caci Clinic Advisary team, a member of the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine and a director of Biosphere Nutrition.
Dr Ron is the Medical Director of the Lipsuction Instititue and is one of New Zealand’s most experienced doctors performing Liposuction. For those who Liposuction is not appropriate, he offers a 6 week weight loss programme, Beta HCG, suppressing ones appetite for incredible results.
The greater wellness picture is achieved combining nutritional medicine with Bio identical hormone replacement with techniques to make one feel and look better.
The Fiji Wellness Retreat has been set up to enlighten patients on their overall Health and Wellness. It involves a 5 day programme of integrative medicine, wellness, dietary and lifestyle changes.
Michelle Locke is a highly regarded Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon at Middlemore Hospital with a sub-speciality interest in breast reconstruction. She qualified in New Zealand and gained extensive Fellowship experience at prestigious plastic surgical practices in North America. She is involved in the delivery of both elective (planned) and acute (emergency) plastic surgical treatment for the greater Auckland region. Her clinical role includes supervising new graduate doctors and teaching plastic surgery trainees.
Michelle is a Senior Lecturer in Surgery with the University of Auckland and has continued her involvement in fundamental scientific research since completion of her Doctorate of Medicine. Her current research interests include skin engineering, keloid scars and radiation damage. She is focused on bringing research developments from bench to bedside. To this end, she is actively involved in creating greater collaboration between clinical Plastic Surgeons and scientific researchers.
As part of her role with the University of Auckland, Michelle also sits on several curriculum development committees at the Medical School and contributes to the examination of medical students and junior doctors. She is married with two children.
Brandy has a passion for Caci and an eye for detail when it comes to facial assessment. She is responsible for conducting all Registered Nurse Trainings, supporting Clinics with adverse events and providing ongoing professional development, leadership, empowerment and direction to all Caci Nurses.
Drift is an accomplished Manager with extensive experience in management roles in the UK, US, Australia and NZ. With a retail sales, marketing and operational focus, her most significant role was Country Manager overseeing 178 Bra's & Things stores across Australia with 2000 staff. She has also worked as National Operations Manager for K&K Fashions, Marketing Manager and Regional Manager for Overland and Mi Piaci Brands - and roles with Estee Lauder, Christian Dior, Prada Beauty and Yves Saint Laurent.
Outside of FAB, Drift had most recently been working with Forme Spa as General Manager, overseeing 7 company owned Spas. Her specialty is relationship and team building, supporting store owner/managers and their teams to achieve growth. She then joined FAB Group as General Manager responsible for the leadership and business unit management of the Caci division, but has since further succeeded in becoming Chief Executive Officer.
Fran has over 15 years experience in the skin and appearance industry. Her passion for exceptional customer service and empowering teams and culture ensures this is at the forefront of the FAB business.
Prior to joining Fab Group, Yasmin spent 12 years with PwC working in both Auckland and Sydney offices where she predominantly worked on outsourced CFO engagements.
As CFO, she is responsible for planning, implementing, managing and controlling all financial-related activities of the Group. She is passionate about the Caci brand and growing its success nationwide.
Yasmin has a Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Arts from the University of Auckland and is a member of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand.
Penny started as National Sales and Event Manager with Support Office in 2009 and then moved off to set up her own clinic in New Plymouth and then bought Caci Taupo.
She has lived the trials and tribulations of being a clinic owner and has proven success in owning and managing these businesses. More recently she has been working in Franchise Development.
In her current role as Brand Protector, which includes Caci operations, she is responsible for improving business efficiency and supporting day to day clinical operations for Caci. Penny helps ensure that clients are always at the forefront of every decision we make.
After graduating with a Bachelor of Sports Marketing, Chelsea pursued a marketing career in the sports industry before moving to Sony NZ, where she was responsible for coordinating local marketing communications. Chelsea joins the FAB Group team bringing over seven years marketing experience. She has a passion for event activations, public relations and communications. Chelsea is responsible for the marketing communications at FAB Group. She is the point of contact for internal and external communications, including newsletters, social media, print and media.
For over 25 years Lisa has been a Sales and Business Manager in a number of growing New Zealand businesses. She’s also owned her own businesses, including a couple of franchises (outside of Caci). Her role as National Sales Manager is to support and empower Caci business owners and staff to achieve revenue targets and to help establish an environment and foundation for future sales growth.
Kelsey has a passion for people and a huge love for the Caci brand, it's mission and it's values. Kelsey has a Bachelor of Arts Degree and will soon complete her Post Graduate Diploma is Business and HR. Kelsey has a Retail and Manufacturing background which allows her to bring in a new lens when looking after our people.

Melissa holds a Bachelor of Business, majoring in Marketing, and has been part of the Caci marketing team for over 5 years.
Melissa is responsible for implementing brand and marketing strategy across the Caci group, along with looking after brand design nationwide. She is the first point of contact for Caci franchisees and works closely with them to activate local marketing promotions. She thrives on coming up with fresh ideas that get results and working with her like-minded team.
Dale has worked in the mechanical industry since 2007. He has valuable experience in the implementation of effective support systems and problem solving approaches. He has a passion for understanding and learning about new technology. His past experience means that he is customer focused and has a clear understanding of the importance of minimising equipment downtime.
Following 11 years in Account Management and Senior Sales Management, Tania joined the Caci family as a Treatment Coordinator, working in one of our highest volume clinics based in Wellington. There, she was able to utilise her experience and develop her skills further. She gained a real passion for the beauty and appearance industry, and enjoyed being part of a fantastic brand that focuses on results and meeting clients expectations.
Before starting with Caci in 2002 Hilary had over 20 years’ experience as a Registered Nurse. In the last 15 years she has had many roles at Caci including Registered Nurse, Treatment Provider, Manager, National Trainer, Treatment Coordinator and has even owned a successful clinic. Hilary brings this wealth of experience to her role as one of our Franchisee Development Managers. She has a great understanding of the day to day running of a clinic as well as extensive knowledge and experience of what it takes to be successful.
Sarah has worked across the organisation in a range of roles, from operations, to training and has run a clinic herself. In her current role as Learning and Content Development Manager, she ensures that up to date best practice, policies and procedures are readily available to assist franchisees and their staff in running their businesses efficiently.
She loves the work hard, play hard attitude at FAB and working with passionate, like-minded people to achieve success.
Taryn has been in the beauty industry for over 18 years and with FAB Group for 9 of those years, her passion is to bring skin confidence to people and ensure they feel comfortable in their own skin.
Taryn’s experience in the industry has involved working in the UK, Australia and here in New Zealand. All her experience has lead her passion down the results driven treatments path and how to push the limits to achieve the desired outcome.
Along Taryn’s journey, she found supporting her peers and sharing her knowledge rewarding, this unfolded a passion for teaching and drive to encourage others to learn more and continue learning.
Her role as National Trainer and Clinical support enables her to help grow and support our talented Beauty Therapists along with their own career journeys.
Robyn has been working in the beauty industry in varied roles, including therapy, retail and teaching, for over 10 years in South Africa as well as New Zealand. She has a strong belief and passion for the importance of continual professional growth and learning/development.
Robyn will be coordinating training and is the first point of contact for the Training Academy and Learning and Development team here at FAB.
Annie completed her Bachelor of Nursing in 2007, followed by a post-degree certificate from Auckland University. She has been practicing as a registered nurse since 2008 in the surgical nursing field, psych nursing and appearance medicine.
Annie has an excellent aesthetic eye, and she is wonderful when it comes to working with customers during consultation and making injecting plans. Now with Fab Group, Annie is responsible for training, as well as research and developments projects.
Olivia has been with Caci for a number of years, working within various high performing clinics across Auckland. As part of the Roaming Team she works within clinics throughout New Zealand delivering all treatments provided by a Caci Registered Nurses. She ensures customers receive excellence and consistency of treatments. Her passion is creating natural and rejuvenated results with an artistic eye and gentle hand.
Cara is an experience Beauty Therapist, focused on customer care. Having started her beauty career in 2012, she then spent 2 ½ years in London working and developing her skills further. Cara has a passion for delivering great skin treatments, while focused on giving her customers great results. For Cara, it is about making a difference for her customers, as well as giving sharing her expertise on skincare and home care too.
Jonelle has over 25 years experience working in varied retail management roles both here in NZ and the UK. These positions ranged from Regional Sales Manager, People & Development Manager (HR), and Operations/Business Manager. Her passion for people and her drive for engagement and results has enabled Jonelle to support her teams and their businesses to achieve great growth and success.
With over 20 years’ experience, Erin brings a wealth of experience in all aspects of the beauty industry. She has worked across many different platforms including successfully opening and managing Spa of the Year, being National Product Trainer, and a Business Development Manager. Her passion and drive is to coach and develop effective teams, to identify and implement strategic changes that enhance the customer journey and deliver effective business growth.
Fleur brings over 12 years experience in the beauty industry. Her journey has taken her from a qualified Beauty Therapist to General Manager of New Zealand’s largest Day Spa Group. Her experience includes identifying, recruiting and developing a pool of talent both locally and internationally, coaching and driving performance, spa management and implementing sales strategies to enhance growth.
In her previous role as Centre of Excellence Clinic and Training Manager, she enjoyed experiencing first-hand the remarkable difference Caci can make to women's lives. Now as Regional Sales Manager for Caci, Fleur is responsible for supporting Caci business owners and staff in achieving their business goals.
Tessa holds a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Marketing and Commercial Law and boasts over 5 years of social media and digital marketing experience.
Her love for Caci and Murad began back in 2017 where she worked with FAB Group as a Brand Partner via her now retired online platform, RefinedBy. Tessa has a passion for skincare and it's science—and loves being part of a driven and forward-thinking team.
With over 10 years’ experience within the industry, Debbie has had the good fortune to work as a Beauty Therapist, Clinic Owner, Sales Representative and National Manager.
Debbie has also managed the skincare product development process from R&D through to completion.
She brings a well-rounded set of skill and ideas to the Fab team.
After 20 years as a hairdresser Linda wanted a change, and completed a Beauty Therapy Degree. Linda’s role at Beauty Distributors is to educate clients and stockists on the Murad skincare range, and help stockists run successful events. She believes that with a simple regime, everyone can look fresh and amazing. The most enjoyable part of her job is making a difference to people’s lives. “I understand how bad skin can affect one’s confidence, this is where I feel I can make a difference."
Sara joined FAB Group holding a Bachelor of Communications majoring in Media Studies with a minor in Public Relations, as well as a diploma in Broadcasting. After working in the radio/media industry for 3 years, she arrived to FAB initially working in the Marketing department.
She now works within our Communications team focusing on what customers are saying and what we can do as a company to improve the customer experience. She loves being part of a successful and driven team and has a passion for the industry, stays positive, and is always willing to learn something new.
Kasey has been with Fab Group for over 3 years. She first began at our Caci Mt Eden clinic as a receptionist, having had multiple roles within the company since.
She is now at our Support Office in our Communications team. In this role, Kasey works closely with all Caci clinics and customers around the nation.
With over 10 years’ experience in excellent customer service, Kasey makes the perfect addition to our team as first point of contact for our customers.
Tagavai is an Electrical Engineer recently finished studying at AUT University, with an interest in adapting to the changing technological development of the future. Currently, he's further improving his technical skills at FAB, working alongside Dale in providing efficient and effective support to clinics, servicing and repairing cosmetic machines.
Prior to joining FAB, he gained experience working at the Power Station in Niue before completing his studies at AUT.
Amanda has over 16 years’ experience in successfully delivering business transformation projects utilising a collaborative approach. She has extensive experience manging projects, stakeholder engagement, leading change management, providing the guidance to ensure benefits, outcomes quality, timeframes, scope and budget targets are met. Prior to FAB Group Amanda has been consulting across the New Zealand I.T. sector.
Sherwin came from a service delivery background where he spent the last 3 years as a service delivery manager for an IT company. The majority of Sherwin's career has been in the IT support industry but also hospitality management. His role at FAB Group is IS Support Co-ordinator where he provides support for the franchisees.
Mike has over 10 years’ experience working in Product Management and Analytical roles across a variety of sectors; from finance, manufacturing and retail.
Mike’s responsibility and passion is using data to support and deliver insights for the business so we can deliver on our promise to our customers.
Andrei is fairly new to New Zealand, having previously worked as a Relationship Manager in one of the top banks in the Philippines and as an Account Manager (Realtor) for a real estate company in the US.
Connecting and creating relationships with the customer is very important for Andrei, and he comes to FAB Group with a wide Sales/Customer Service background with almost 10 years of experience. He has always been dealing with customers and and clients, and in all interactions he strives to make sure he meets their needs and expectations to deliver excellent service every time.
Over the last seven years, after returning from 17 years of working in the USA and UK, Michelle has worked predominantly in project review, and finance related IT implementation roles at both established and newly formed New Zealand companies. As a chartered accountant and finance manager, her role at Fab NZ Limited is focused on supporting group staff and Caci business owners to improve reporting and business processes.
Wendy is an incredibly experienced accounts clerk and has been with FAB Group for over six years. Prior to this she worked for Fuji Xerox for nine years in Accounts Receivable/Payable. Wendy is responsible for accounts payable, accounts receivable, and royalty invoicing.
Hugo has over 15 year’s work experience as an Accounting Technician - Assistant Accountant. Responsible for accounts payable, cash flow reports, preparing fixed assets depreciation, prepayments, and accruals. Hugo also provides financial information by maintaining and reconciling accounts.
Holds an Accounting Technician designation (AT) CA ANZ.
Martina has come from a management role in the retail sector and has over 30 years of customer service experience. At FAB, she's part of the MSL team, which handles all direct debit responsibilities for Caci.
In this role, Martina is responsible for all client enquiries and direct debit processing and she works closely with the Caci Clinic teams and their clients to provide excellent service.
Wendy has a wealth of warehouse, distribution and logistics knowledge and experience, having worked in warehousing for 25 years. She has worked for several companies and she comes to us from Seedling NZ, but has also had experience in the beauty industry during her time with MOR Cosmetics. Wendy manages the day to day running of the FAB Distribution Department and it's team ensuring a timely and efficient turnaround of product.
Lisa has been with FAB Group for over three years, initially as our customer service administrator, now she has a new role as our Distribution Assistant Manager. She is responsible for picking, packing, dispatching orders as well as responding to customer queries and other tasks within the warehouse.
Lisa is passionate about customer service and makes it her priority to ensure all queries are answered promptly and orders are delivered as quickly as possible.
