We are an innovative company that is able to rethink traditional service delivery models in order to gain market leadership. Franchising is in our DNA, but through our distribution division we also deliver business support to independent companies.  We aim to leverage our experience with changing business models and small business tools, in order to expand internationally.

Formed in 1994, we have a proven track record of success, having launched several cosmetic and skin care brands into the New Zealand market and grown Caci to be a nationally recognised brand. 

We are an ambitious and growing New Zealand company that exists to support small businesses in the appearance area. It is our aim to create tools and systems to increase the chance of success for the small businesses we deal with. These tools and systems enable the small business owner to concentrate on all important revenue generating activities, and excellent customer service.

The Confidence Project

Our business is driven by women: we employ over 200 women in New Zealand and 90% of our customers are women. Our purpose is to give women confidence. We believe that investing in women’s confidence has the power to drive economic growth and strengthen families and societies.

The Confidence Project helps us to identify projects in our community that will help empower women and give them the confidence to contribute.


Supporting Dress for Success
In line with the Confidence Project, our brands have partnered with Dress for Success. The mission of Dress for Success is to empower women to achieve economic independence by providing a network of support, professional attire and the development tools to help women thrive in work and in life. Since launching in NZ in 1999, it has assisted nearly 40,000 women in this country.
